Refund & Cancellation Policy
Cancellation by Parent/Guardian
Cancellations more than 28 days before the start date receive a full refund (100%). Cancellations more than 14 days before receive a 50% refund. No refund is issued within 14 days of the start date or after the Series begins. All refunds are processed within 7–10 business days. Submit cancellation requests in writing to seattledancehub@gmail.com.
Cancellation by Seattle Dance Hub
If Seattle Dance Hub cancels the Series for any reason, all families will receive a full refund within 7–10 business days.
